Hardness gauge for installing the head with built-in milling, INTEGRAL REVOLVER, Easydur

The Integral Revolver is a hardness tester with a reinforced construction to fit an integrated milling head or a “Revolver” head equipped with 8 stations, in which different load cells and optics can be installed to have one instrument for the 3 main hardness scales (Brinell, Rock Vickers ). If the choice is made to install a milling head, the machine will have the same characteristics as the hardness measurement heads (built-in surface cleaning, milling speed/depth cycle settings, etc.). In the case of a turret, cleaning cannot be built-in, but on the other hand, all Vickers, Brinell and Rockwell Scales can be obtained (load sensor and corresponding cognition optics). The base plate for both configurations can be fitted with a choice of built-in locking/fastening systems (T-notch plate, manual clamps, hydraulic clamps, etc.)
