Connecting Rod Boring Machine, BR1000, AZ

The BR1000 is a connecting-rod boring and grinding machine with planetary grinding that can be adjusted during operation. It combines boring and grinding in one setup on a rigid cast-iron base. The boring spindle features variable speed via an electronic variator with digital readouts. The con-rod holding square provides variable longitudinal feed with a reversal limit switch, plus crosswise movement for easy centering. A micrometric device adjusts grinding-wheel eccentricity for fine finish. A coolant system with electric pump is included.
