C-frame hydraulic press, CM-100NC, HIDROGARNE

Hidrogarne CM/NC are C-frame hydraulic presses with upper table, available in four power ranges from 50 to 150 tons. They are designed for bending, embossing, forming, stamping, assembling, and deep drawing. The CM/NC series is highly versatile and can be integrated into automated production lines, ensuring high performance and durability.

Frame and tables:

• Welded frame made of S355JR steel, stabilized and machined for maximum accuracy.
• Worktable and ram plate made of C45E steel, both with DIN 650 T-slots.
• Perfect alignment ensured by cylindrical side guides (50 mm) with maintenance-free bimetallic bushings.

Cylinder and hydraulic unit:

• Main double-acting cylinder with hard-chrome piston and wear-resistant guides.
• Two-speed hydraulic unit with automatic high-speed shut-off.
• Decompression valve for system protection.
• Working pressure below 320 bar ensures long service life.

Electronics, control, and safety:

• Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC with 4″ MTP-400 touchscreen.
• Programmable power, stroke, and delay with storage of up to 99 settings.
• Photoelectric safety barriers type 4 PLe, side protective panels with polymer windows, and internal LED lighting.
• Low-voltage foot pedals for operation.

Optional accessories:

• Vertical clearance of 600 mm or 800 mm.
• Piston stroke of 450 mm.
• Siemens PLC module with 7″ touchscreen (MTP-700).
• Hydraulic cushion or ejector.
