Hidrogarne CD/NC are advanced C-frame hydraulic presses available in models from 50 to 150 tons. They are designed for bending, stamping, forming, assembling, embossing, and deep drawing. Operating below 320 bar, they ensure high durability of the hydraulic system and can be easily integrated into automated production lines.
Frame and tables:
- Welded S355JR steel frame, stabilized and machined for accuracy.
- C45E steel table with two T-slots according to DIN-650.
- Finite element method design guarantees precision and quality.
Cylinder and hydraulic unit:
- Double-acting cylinder with hard-chrome piston and wear-resistant guides.
- Anti-rotation system and replaceable plunger support.
- Two-speed hydraulic group with automatic high-speed shut-off.
Electronics, control, and safety:
- Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC and 4″ MTP-400 touch screen.
- Up to 99 programmable settings (manual, semi-automatic, automatic).
- Dual-hand IV safety control system.
- Fixed side guards with 600 mm front opening.
